The Makita Cordless Band Saw (DPB180F & DPB180Z) from the Tool PLUS Series is a lightweight, well balanced tool.
The tool's balance comes from the ideal centre of gravity, which gives you optimum control.
The variable speed dial enables you to set a constant speed based on materials or the job.
The saw's electronic current limiter prevents the motor from burning out due to overloading.
There is a warning light that indicates the ideal time to recharge the battery.
The ball bearing blade guides provide smooth blade movement, while the RUBBER bumper protects tool from damage.
There is also a rafter hook that allows you to hang the saw on a pipe when it's not immediately in use.
This saw accepts standard 1/2" x 44-7/8" blades.
